Car accident at 8 months pregnant? Really?

Well, it's true.  On August 31st I had a bit of a car accident.  I hit a lady that decided to make a left turn on a red light as I was going through a green light in an intersection.  I got really lucky, just a mildly sore ankle from slamming on the brakes and a sore neck for a couple of days.  I'm all better now.  Thankfully.  Kaelyn is doing great according to the ultrasound I had yesterday.  And just a little over three weeks until I'm admitted to the hospital for my unduction!  I can't wait to meet my baby girl in person.  Here are a couple of pictures of my car...

We decided to start this blog as a way for our family and friends to follow us through our journey of parenthood. With only a few months to go until Kaelyn is born, it seems that now is the time to keep track of things that are underway in preparation for her arrival! We hope you enjoy what we have to share!
